Digital Cinema DCP projection

Hello,
I'm helping to produce à documentary on Ben Gazzara and it as been selected for the Lucarno (Switzerland) festival.
They recommande this:

5. Digital Cinema DCP (JPEG2000)
Even if your movie is already a DCP encoded in JPEG2000 format, we recommend to perform a Quality
Check at XDC before the Locarno screening. It is recommended to ship 2 drives (one master and one
spare). Please ship USB2.0 compatible drive (along with swiss 220V plug & power supply) or CRU canister.
KDM (key) have to be generated for all playback servers and let them open from the 29th of July until the
13th of August. We will provide you the list of all playback server certificates used in Locarno.
If the source material is not fully compliant with the present
document, please contact XDC Digital Content Lab

We produce with our own money. Do you guys know an affordable way to make this? I know nothing about this, is it on a basic hard drive ? can I export it with Final cut or Adobe Première?

Maybe you should contact these guys. tell them these specs ect and they can probably help.

Or you could try the Open version.

It seems their basic instructions are to have them to it or do it yourself and send 2 hard drives for them to test before the screening.
