Difference between these ND rolls?

What is the difference between these two ND, besides the size? :cheesy:

Is one better suited for use on windows to cut down backlight than the other?

As I understand it, Rosco's E-Colour line is a nod to the numbering system used by competitor Lee filters, so you can directly cross-reference their products (such as 216, 250, 251 etc). I think the ND's should be the same formulation between the two you listed, just different catalog numbers.
