Difference between FCP 4 and FCP HD

[Cecil_Beta]

I know this probably seems like a dumb question but what are the differences between Final Cut Pro 4 and Final Cut Pro HD?
I ask this question because I was wondering if I should upgrade to FCP HD. Is it worth the money?
I have FCP 4 which I updated when I originally purchased Final Cut Pro 3. (I still have to download the update for FCP 4.)

if you have FCP 4 then tthe update to FCP HD is free if I'm reading the info correctly.

Here's the link with the info, including new functions.

Thanks Scottdvx100,
This will save me a few dollars. I can spend it on other good stuff.
