Difference between Dedolight DLH4 & DLHM lights?

I am about to purchase some Dedos, but was wondering what the main difference is between the DLH4 and the DLHM units, besides that the DLHM has its power unit attached to the bottom of the light head, instead of it being detachable cord as on the DLH4 unit.
Are the optics and quality of light the same? Has anyone here used both of these units yet?
 
I haven't used both but they are the same. The disadvantage is though that you can't simply change the ballast if you travel abroad and depending location sometimes a smaller unit is welcome. It is most likely for reportage/eng-work.
