Hi Does anyone know why Diana Ewing stoped acting? She was starting to become well known. She did alot of acting in 60's and 70's The last show she was in was Washington Behind Closed Doors 1977. We can't find a reason why she would stop acting when she seemed to be on her way to the top. Is she still living did she get married? We can't find any news about her after 1977 if anyone knows what happen to her please let us know Thank you!

It says what ever you want to talk about. And just because you dont know what happen to Diana Ewing does not mean someone else does not Know. Besides if you knew more about the people your filming maybe you would be better at filming and not some twobitt rookie! So give me the award it will be more of an award than you will ever receive. And the reason why I want to know is the satisfaction of knowing do you understand what satisfaction is its what you feel when you try or accomplish something. Try it sometime it will make you a better person instead of putting down someone else because you dont understand the question! thanks for all your non productive inputs. looks like Small minds are amused easly.

I tried researching her career and came up with a dead end in the mid 70's. Sorry.
Dude . . . seriously . . . lighten up. It's not every day someone makes their first post ever about a fairly obscure character actor from 30-40 years ago.
I'll ignore the personal attacks this time around, but as for your question -- am I aware of what area I'm in -- yeah, very much so; it's the Cafe, where things take a lighter tone. A little more experience with how things work around here might have served you well.

I hadn't seen that movie in SOOOO long I forgot where I heard that before. When I read the quote (short dialogue) from IMDB...it flooded back memories of the first time I watched the movie with my brother. We were in hysterics....thanks for the memory.
As for the Diana Ewing mystery....I just spent a half hour trying to find out myself with not even a clue.
I believe Diana Ewing moved to Costa Rica in the 70's with her husband Jack and was last known to be running an eco-tourism business on their 800 acre ranch. The picture below was taken in 1995 and although the author called her "Diane", a comparison of the facial structure of this woman to pictures of Diana Ewing from "The Cloud Minders" indicates they are the same person.

I'm not 100 percent sold on the face. It could be her, but as you said her name is Diane. Checking out other sources Jack repeatedly calls her Diane, so I don't think it's a mis-quote. Anyway, it should be easy enough to verify if you e-mail Jack Ewing at his website--
