Kessler was selling or listing an adapter at the start of year. Price seemed high (200$) but curious if I it made it into the wild or other similar products.
Given the connectivity on it with a 2 pin lemo and the Anton Bauer connector along with the billet construction and the general cost of these things, this is actually a good deal. About 12 years ago I saw a Master Series Steadicam that was modified to accept DeWalt batteries. It sure wasn't as graceful a mod as this unit would be when employed but it worked and cost way less than using Anton Bauer batteries and plates.
I think you would generally get something like this as a backup in case you had to get more batteries from a hardware store in remote locations and importing Anton Bauers that are over 90 mw/hrs would be difficult especially when dealing with Customs and more particularly airlines.
They make adapters for 20$ that let you swap between the major brands, Milwaukee, makita, dewalt, etc. Not particularly professional looking but something appealing about running a light off the same battery you use for your coffee maker (yep makita makes one).
