Get a second job, or a first job if you're unemployed, save every penny you can.

You can save money just by changing your habits, buy generic brand groceries, don't pay for cable, find out if you can change your phone and/or internet provider to a cheaper one, put your spare change in a piggy bank etc.

There are countless ways you can save money.

Figure out what is the least amount of money you need, make it your plan to save up the money within one year, if it is a realistic number, you can do it easily.

That being said, is this your first project? If it is, I would suggest you make some no-budget shorts before and maybe even a no- to low-budget feature before you start thinking about lawyers and casting directors and things like that.

If you can build a decent track record behind you, you could then try crowdfunding, or investors.

If this is your first project and you hire a line producer, a casting director and a lawyer, it will be a tremendous risk, because finding money for the movie itself will not necessarily be any easier even with a complete business plan if you don't have a track record or any big names attached.

What kind of a movie would this be for?

If you're in the United States, most cities and states have local angel investors that will invest in film projects if they're good enough. Search google for small investors in your area, you might walk away with a few thousand dollars with a really good pitch and decent business plan. I know, because I pitched a project to an investor that lived near me and he was pretty sold on my idea... however I won't be acting on it for another year or so.

I think you'll find that people here honestly want to try and help you but if you don't supply us with any kind of supporting information then you're actually standing in your own way. ie. You haven't even added what country you're from on your profile. I'm from Canada. You can tell that because its on my profile. If you were Canadian I could provide you with development information such as:

http://www.wgc.ca/resources/development_funding_guide.html

That just one source here.

Perhaps you could steal it from a successful fundraising campaign for someone else's indie film?

Oh, wait, seems like you may have already used that option.
