Design looks fine in Dreamweaver... looks like a bomb went off in Browser

I'm not using Absolute Positioning.

Why is there a disharmonious relationship between Dreamweaver and Firefox/Safari now and how do I work around it in the future?
 
It is hard to get things to work, some browsers will do as they please, the Hell with what you want. That said, it is often the stupidest little things that will do this to you, even if it looks great in so&so browser. What is the website in question?
