Delivering b-roll

I've done it both ways but I prefer to clean it up a bit before delivery. If I know I'm giving it to them straight off the cards then I try to be more careful shooting in the first place wheras when I know I'm going to do all the post in house I'm less careful and typically get rougher starts and stops etcetera

I like last clip delete but I heard years ago that deleting clips like from playback mode introduced the chance of corruptlon.

I think we all grew up hearing that but I don't know if anyone actually proved it, or how much corruption it actually caused, if any.

Back when technology was archaic it maybe could have been a problem but I still doubt it.

We have been deleting photos and videos from our phones for years.

And last clip delete isn't in the playback mode; it's in the shooting mode which makes it so great.

Yes I know last clip del isn't from playback mode I shouldn't have put those two thoughts in the same sentence. I think it's a useful feature though I've hardly used it. My Sonys have it but I do not remember if any of my Panasonics do.
I find when handing over cards that I take more care setting up the shot or maybe practicing a pass before hitting record whereas if it's for me I'll just roll and if I mess up I do it again
