Does anybody have a deliverable checklist they could share. Are VOD (Ipad, Itouch, PSP, etc) files considered deliverables in today's market?

Deliverables for what final purpose? A YouTube upload 'could' be considered a deliverable by some people but for a broadcast network you'll hear 'em screaming with laughter from 50 miles away.
Theatrical release? festivals? home theatre DVD? broadcast television? Don't be so vague! The deliverables needed for a film for theatrical release are going to be different from those required for a Discovery Channel documentary which in turn may be different from a PBS concert show which in turn is going to be different from a :60 second commercial for local broadcast. Nail down exactly what you're submitting to whom and we can help you find it.I was talking about domestic and foreign distribution.
There are general deliverables you can prepare for that will cover you for most theatrical, television and DVD. While not exhaustive, nor will all be aked, but this will give you a good starting point:
1. Master 23.976/24 for theatrical or DCP. HD masters for 1080i/29.97 and 1080i/25 broadcast), SD down coverts of the broadcast masters. 16:9 anamorphic, letterbox and center crop for SD versions.
2. Textless master. Same submaster as listed above aailable upon request
3. D, M & E stems (dialog, music and effects)
4. ASCAP type report for all music, where in program, duration, rights owner.
5. Spot Dialog Master: who says what when for all dialog as well as titles. This can then be used for translations and subtitles
6. Converted timing for NTSC and PAL masters for those upon request
7. All clearances and rights as needed
