Delaying the appearance of buttons in menu in DVD SP4

I created a video asset for my menu, including the text for the buttons. But in order to get the effect of the buttons being highlighted when chosen, I placed an asterisk on the left side of the buttons I created in SP4, which I placed over the location text appears. The menu video fades in, as does the text for the buttons.

Is there a way to get the buttons themselves (or at least the asterisks) to fade in, or at least appear after about 6 seconds? It looks kinda dumb to have this string of asterisks just sitting there on the left side of the screen before everything else appears.

or how about having the whole menu fade in?

Hi,

You have to set the loop point of the menu :
1-Select the menu
2-In the inspector, General tab, select loop point
3-select the frame you want your buttons to appear or enter the timecode.

It should work…
