Hi all,
I have been working on a documentary project with my partner over the last few years and the subject has recently blown up in the news and has been featured in the national media. HBO has expressed interest in doing a documentary on the subject and has recently approached us about acquiring the footage we have shot (P2, about 23 hrs of interviews and B-Roll). We have been covering the story from the beginning and I believe they want to "play catch up". Can anyone offer any advice on what to expect when we meet with them or what sort of financial compensation/rights agreements to ask for in the meeting?
Thanks
