DCP Export from CS6?

Hi all,

Is there any way to export a DCP file directly from CS6?

I'm looking into festival submissions and as it turns out, many exhibition formats require DCP.

I'd like to try to avoid consulting a professional outfit to make one, as that's going to be presumably rather costly, so I was wondering if this is a possibility.

If not, there are also free DIY programs out there, aren't here?

Just made a try with DCP-o-matic and new VLC 2.2.0 that is supposed to be able to read .MXF files now.

So far so good, but I haven't tried yet on a real DCP server.

The newest version of PP (8.2) can do this for you. It's definitely worth the upgrade on soooo many levels.

Short of upgrading to 8.2, I guess the third-party apps should suffice?
