DC Barrel Splitter on YN-600 Adapter

I saw sb mention using a barrel splitter on other lights in a thread and wondered if anybody has tried using one on an adapter with multiple Yongnuo YN-600s. Does the standard adapter for the YN-600 have enough power to light more than one unit?

I'm pretty sure that it won't work, as two lights will draw 10 amps from a source that's only outputting 5 amps. It might work if you keep both lights below half brightness, but that kinda defeats the purpose of the 600 LED model.

Thanks. That's what I suspected but couldn't remember enough about electricity to confirm.
