Davis and Sanford Replacement Parts?

I have a Davis & Sanford Provista 75XB tripod. It just recently took a spill and sustained some damages. I was wondering how I should go about remedying the situation. Below are some pictures.
The 1st two pictures show the damage done to one of the legs. The third picture is what it should look like.

The 2nd to last picture is where the screw in the last picture goes. It's to secure the camera mount in place. The screw is bent so it doesn't turn correctly and it may have damaged/might damage the threading inside the head.

Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with your tripod so I checked out David & Sanford Provista tripods on B&H's website. They are very inexpensive. You would probably be better served just investing your money in a higher quality pair of sticks than trying to repair what you have.

I wish I could but currently money is tight. I need this thing to last through december. I'm at school right now, so I won't be working until break.
