DaVinci Resolve Lite 8.2 for Windows

Just noticed Davinci Resolve Lite is now available to download for Windows as a Beta Version

Seems to have only been uploaded quite recently (8th December). Thought we weren't meant to be seeing it till next year.

Well I downloaded it, now it seems by Quadro 600 aint man enough, so I'll have to look for another Graphics card for GPU duties, perhaps an FX 580

So it looks like with the Free version I can use a 2nd NVidia card. One will be for display only and the 2nd is selected to be the CUDA card. Anyone doing this already on Windows?

Not yet, but if I want to use Resolve Lite in any half-way serious fashion I'll have to invest in another card. Not sure whether they have to be in SLI or just independant cards.

Now to consult the oracles, ie may bank balance and credit cards, :undecided

Has anyone tried the lite version with Cineform files on the PC? I cant get it to see the clips at all and Im sure Davinci supports cineform...at least on the mac?
