Is it just me that the entire point of the good content of the video is about recording sound using best practice - BUT - they forgot to use their own advice to make sure they captured the audience's questions and responses. Great audio from his lav, and useful audio from the mic in shot, yet we couldn't hear the audience because nobody was using mics they clearly had available in the room to let us hear the people!
