darn that crop

I have footage that is letter box on the side giving it more of a square look. On Vegas 9.0 I was able to fix and crop it so it would fill the 6x9 screen but at the moment I'm on Vegas 11 and it won't let me do anything. Any ideas out there?

I need to make the first clip in the same layout as the second clip. In Vegas Pro 9.0 it is easy to do but in Vegas Pro 11.0 it won't let you do it;

Assuming your Project Properties are set properly, go into Pan/Crop, right click and select Match Output Aspect

I'm guessing that the letter-box is part of the first video. So do you want to crop into the first video to create the proper aspect ratio, or do you want to stretch it ( without the letter-boxing ) to match the proper aspect ratio?

I'm asking specifically what mechanism you're trying to use in Vegas to accomplish this. What worked in Vegas 9 which doesn't work in Vegas 11?
