Thanks Liam. I've stumbled across Kessler a few minutes back when I searched for the dolly Vincent Laforet used on the Alcatraz video. I can't seem to find any Kessler EU dealer though. Have seem that some say there's a German dealer but have to dig a little more to find it.
Anyway. Regarding smoothness. What system do you think is best? Kessler has the advantage of the grabber wheel which opens another world of options on its own but for another 600USD!!!
I was trying to ordered through filmtools but with taxes and costum dutties the priced rised to cca 1000€, which was a bit high for my budget...
luckily a friend of mine bought it in the US and bring it back to Slovakia.
kessler dealers are all around the globe. Here the first who pops in my mind is proficams.eu (slovak based dealer)
Dana dolly is,imho, one of the best "sliders" out there. But if you a one man band, a proper slider is maybe better.
The main advantage over a regular slider is that I can mount any fluid head. On kessler you have to buy an optional hi-hat adaptor (or something like that).
Hi Liam. Thanks. Been dealing with CVP and don't know why I forgot them. Have seen that they have a Shuttle Pod Mini. Any experience with that one? It has a great price difference for the big brother but since it's a system to buy and keep...
