I want to wax some eloquence. Recently I needed some parts from K-Tek to revive a product. I called them up and ended up talking to Brenda, who happens to be Mr. Klems daughter and runs the company since his passing. I just wanted to give a shout out about the superior customer service I received for what was a flyspeck on her plate. Having recently dealt with some companies that gave me really crap service, it was so nice to get the royal treatment from an innovative domestic company that has a passion for their business and serving their customers.
