What custom presets have you added to Photoshop?

I just added 864x480 for DVX stills and 1280x1024 for working with .CR2 files. The default resolution is 72 pixels/inch... what's the ideal ratio for great images?

What color profile should I be using for Web Design, Print, and Video?

You can make your own presets, any dimensions you want, any dpi, and any pixel aspect ratio Photoshop supports.

Web design and video work would be 72 dpi and RGB.

Print would be at the least, 300 dpi, and if you wanted to start it in a print color mode, CMYK.

Most of the photographic work I do, I always use RGB (sometimes Lab, if needs be) and depending on the amount of tweakage, I'll drop it into 16 bit, complete the project, and save it as 8 bit RGB. I rarely work in CMYK, since is it so easy to convert, though many times what you have in RGB will be noticably altered moving into CMYK. The colors usually get somewhat muted.
