Just received an email invite for a "sneak preview" of their new beta website. This after also receiving a personal email inviting submissions last week.
On a fluke, decided to actually read thru their new "terms of use" policy which you have to accept in order to enter the new site. Buried within is a lot of verbage defining pretty radical changes to their content licensing terms for anything I might ever desire to submit.
While I might have been willing to consider such terms while deciding whether on not to offer a particular piece, I have no desire to give it all away just to sign on. Frankly, I rank this as pretty scummy on the overall scale of deceptive practices.
I'll take a pass - you all might want to read first too.
