Cue sheets, do I need to send the publisher one?

This is what it says in the contract,

"It shall be a material term of this agreement that Producer must provide Publisher a cue sheet of the Production with payment of the license fee, if applicable"

I'm not going to televise my film, nor show it theatres in countries where performance rights payments are in effect for music in film...so does this mean I don't have to send them anything?>​
