cube with threaded holes?

OK I am trying to piece together my rig and i need a block and I can't for the life of me figure out what its called.
I just want a cube that has threaded 1/4 20 holes on each side. This is so I can mount a handle to the top of my rig and not give up the 1/4 20 hole for a friction arm or ball head.

Is there a name for this? Does it even exist? Am i completely mad?
 
yeah I saw that yesterday while looking around. I am trying to find a way to attach a handle to the top of my cage. I have 1/4 20 straight handles but the 90 degree ones on ebay even are pretty expensive. I just wanted something cheap and simple. That would work well i think. Anybody else got a simple handle set up for a cage?
