I got thrown out of a helicopter once. Apparently, it's not cool to play "Guess Who?" with the pilot while in flight. Fascists.:(
 
Just to further hijack Briceman's thread, I have a story.

My buddy Josh used to bounce at our usual hangout (a dive called Choppers). Josh ended up getting fired for doing his job a little too well (that's another story) so we stopped going there for a few months. "We" includes my buddy Brian (Modern Drunkard Magazine's International Drinking Champion). One evening, the bar calls and it's the owner... begging us to hang out there again.:beer:

Remember to try and catch CSI:NY this Wed. cause my buddy's going to be on it. He's one of the people who's murder is being investigated, he gets thrown from a helicopter.

Yeah, CSI:NY is part of my regular tivo weekly cycle of shows.

Anyway, so this one time I was at this grimy bar downtown....
 
Did you then leave again and find another bar until he begged you to come back again for cheap booze? Damn, I know I would have!!! When the drinks stop being cheap=time to find another bar! :beer:
 
Another great thing about NYC====>lots o' Irish bars. I wear my Claddagh ring and Irish "football" tee, and I'm in! Two drinks later I'm talking about the family still back in Ireland, etc. I love being Irish.
