I've tried to find this information on DVXUser, and I will admit, I gave up after about 20 minutes, but I would love to know what is a good worlflow for CS6. Been on FCP7 for a long time, which consisted of me converting all my H.264 footage to ProRes 422 using a variety of different encoders over the years. But from what I can gather, I don't see people doing this as much now that CS6 supports H.264 natively.
Does anyone have any advice if you plan to grade your footage, or do some comp work? I am use to using Neat Noise, Magic Bullet, DaVinci etc. Big on using After FX. Is recompression still suggested here?
Thanks!
T.
