CS6 progressive scanlines

Hi there,

I recently shot a video 720P / 50FPS on my GH2.

When brought into Premiere CS6 it shows intelaced style scanlines even though it is progressive. Is this to do with CS6 or the fact it is 50FPS?

Weirdly, and the reason for me thinking it may be CS6 related is that if I rotate the video 90 degrees, the scanlines still show in the same horizontal direction.

Exporting the video as another format doesn't help.

VLC and quicktime show the fault too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best guess is that the issue you're seeing isn't really scan lines, and that it's actually in the footage since it shows that way outside of PP as well.
 
Can you post an example?

Is the same problem present in the original material or only in the exported?
I don't know: does the GH2 material need a pulldown? Is it in a interlaced container?
Was the material shot via HDMI or using onboard media?
