I could use some help on a sych issue I've never ever seen before.
have just finished a job (medical video) for a client. I had to produce both a standard def DVD and a .wmv file for the client. No problem don it hundreds of times.
Except this time....half way thru the .wmv file, it develops an out of synch condition. The audio is suddenly a half second ahead ofhe video! There is only one track of video. It only happens when trying to export from the time iine to brn a .wmv file.
I am running Premiere Pro CS6 Windows Pro, on a Dell M6800 Precision laptop wth an Intel i7 M4800 (?) processor, 16GB RAM, 4G Nvidia graphics card nd a 25GB Samsung 840 SSD.
Never had this happen until last night. I have been with this client for years so she just accepted the SD DVD's, as I was unable to deliver th.wmv file with audio in synch.
Anyone ever have that happen? Was there a solution?
