CS6: Exporting advice needed (hot gf video)

Hi guys! Since I started to ask your advice everything starts to click for me! Thank you all and hope you will help me this time too!

BEFORE:
-------------

So basically I embedded my videos into browsers in 640x360 resolutions (youtube or self-hosted). It looks like this: http://video-katya.com/

Since I didn't have fast enough Mac to work with HD (and, honestly, didn't actually need it that much because of end format) I used to following exporting workflow:

1. Convert my GH2 HD 1080p footage to SD using ClipWrap
2. Feed that to FCP 6 and edit it.
3. Export it as SD NTSC "raw" .mov (sequence setting in FCP) to huge .mov file and finally...
4. Compress it nicely using my favorite and reliable Handbrake software (convert to .mp4, make it 640x360 and quality between 400-500 kb/s )

I get new macbook with cuda support and lots of RAM so I start to experiment with editing in native .MTS HD files. (AND move from Final Cut Pro 6 to Premiere CS6 ...YEAHHH!)

Right now I'm stuck with exporting workflow that will support my need (and maybe I will even "expand" my videos to larger resolution but it's not right time for this discussion)...

PROBLEM: I don't know how to export my edit properly in large format (preferably uncompressed and easy to re-edit later) like I did before with simple SD "uncompressed" .movs

My footage is always Panasonic GH2's 1080p 24fps 15-17Mb/s and 24bit/48Hz audio (both on camera and on Zoom H4n... synced in PluralEyes)

First I tried to export fresh just from CS6 (convert to 640x480 .mp4 with native CS6 exporting).... but no matter what I've tried, results was FAR WORST then my previous Handbrake compressed SD FCP .MOVs...

I'm so used to Handbrake and cannot figure out CS6 native exporting .H264 setting that will work for me...

Furthermore, I really need to have "BIG" archive file format with whole footage, not just small compressed one.

What I have tried:

1. Use "use sequence settings" when exporting in CS6 - but ending up having some strange audio problems in final MPEG4 file (is .MTS is really same as MPEG4, really?)

2. (More or less tolerable): I export in HUGE H264 .mp4 file with super-high quality settings (sorry guys, not very "savy" in all those "target" and "maximum" bitrates) AND re-compress that file in Handbrake with my usual "end settings"

Here's what I got: http://video-katya.com/blog/sekret_2/

If you see closely, you will hear slight out of sync with her voice and her lips... (Like sound first, and lips is following millisecond late) ...And it's not anything like PluralEyes problem, it's looks more like re-compress problem of some sort.
(Also I was very careful with all those audio bitrates/Hz's... so I'm pretty sure there is no mistakes there)

I'm kind of ok this picture quality but maybe you guys can just give me "right way" exporting prossess... first from CS6 edit to LARGE HI-Q FORMAT (preferably uncompressed or small-compressed) that I could open in Handbrake and compress for end viewer like I used to (640x480 400-500 kb/s using Hanbrake looks AWESOME, but not even close using the same compress settings in other compressors like Xilit, etc. include native CS6 export)

Any advice that will move my forward is highly appriciated!

Maybe it's better to not edit .MTS but rather some more "easy to digest" less compressed format?

Maybe you could recommend some additional software along the way?

Maybe you could help me figure out how to compress nicely right from CS6 (with same quality AND SIZE as I get with Hanbrake?)

Thanx in advance!

Tim
