CS5 to CS6 my last upgrade, advice?

I just switched from a PC to a Mac book pro and iMac. So I have cs5.5 production premium and looked into upgrading to cs6 and the sales lady did not want to talk upgrade but talked me into the CC. LOL wife was not happy with my choice and wanted me to cancel right away so I called back and now the games began. I was not impressed with support one bit. I was able to purchase the cs6 upgrade but they said my CC order needed to wait 24 hours because it wasn't in the system. Ok called back day later and the lady put me on and off on hold for an hour and then disconnected. I called back on hold again now Half hour so I hung up. Called 2 more times same results. I finally got someone and got the issue fixed in minutes and they had no Idea why the other support couldn't refund being its a 30 day risk free set up. I also use edius pro6.5 and Sony Vegas pro 12.0. Unless adobe changes there ways ill never buy a thing from them again. I don't do much posting but needed to vent about there support not there great products.

Gso125,
Wow I looked at your posting and you aren't kidding- 3 posts in 3 years! Adobe must have really made you mad to post again.
I feel like you, though. The last thing I wanted to do is give them even MORE money after they've done this to a loyal customer, but I've got so much invested and no where else to turn at the moment. My business must continue on so I felt I had to get CS6 and try to go as long as I can til I can work something else out.

I upgraded to CS6 a while ago and found it much more stable and faster than 5. I'm with the no subscription bunch. I wonder which way to go. I have Vegas 9 and liked it but upgraded to PP for After Effects. I will either go Avid or Vegas but no subscription for me. Vegas Suite is shipping with HitFilm. I saw a webinar this week on it from Vegas. On the surface it does not look as capable as AE but I have lots of research to do and time to do it.

In the meantime CS6 is doing alright so I have time to figure it out. Hopefully Adobe will offer us another way but I doubt it.
