Cs5 recommended archive codec?

Hi everyone.

I'm
Trying to figure out what format to export edited videos to so that they maintain enough quality to be used again like on a demo video.
I'm shooting mostly AVCHD with hmc150 cameras, 720 60p and 1080 24 & 30p.
Projects are usually either straight to web or Blu ray / DVD.
But I'd like to know what format I need to be saving the edited video in in case I need to compile it later on a demo or possibly even use pieces of it again in another project.

Cs5 has h.264, p2 movie(dvcprohd), mpeg, wmv, and uncompressed in addition to some highly compressed web formats (FLV, f4v, etc).
Short clips I sometimes save uncompressed if I think I need them but that isn't the way to go for longer ones.
I've been archiving the original mts files too but that doesn't help me with the finished edited video.

I think the best option might be MXF OP1a using the AVC-I codec. It creates a Master quality file at much smaller sizes than any similar quality option.
