Hey guys. I'm thinking of getting CS5. I'm hoping someone who already has it can help me answer a few things.

1. Does cs5 have a shake effect preset?

2. Does cs5 support HD, SD on one timeline if needed? Example: I'll be editing in widescreen sd (shot 16x9 -squeeze) but i might have to bring in HD footage as b-roll. Will i be running into problems?

Those are my two main concerns.

thanks in advance

thanks guys...:)

so why the hell hasnt premiere included a shake effect? it is default in FCP... i'm not getting a mac just for that effect...damn it...

is there a plug in that does the shake effect for premiere(not AE)

thanks again guys

cheers

Well, you can just manually animate it using keyframes...doesn't take that long, though I guess it's a little more technical than just throwing an effect on.

Premiere and After Effects do work really well together though...you should strongly consider getting both. :)

i have both....and i know i can do it manually..i've done it in my last film...
i just like to have it as a preset, because its faster and looks better. With keyframes you can only go so far with the shake....

In After Effects you can just use the Wiggler.

Or if you have the pluggin Twitch 64 bit version for Premiere, it comes with an even cooler "shake" effect.
