CS5 hack?

GPU accelerated rendering only works with a few Nvidia cards. The hack makes any Nvidia card work.

CS5 works with any graphics card.

I'm sure you could have figured this out by reading the help manual.
 
The "hack" allows some non-certified NVIDIA cards to take advantage of the GPU acceleration in CS5. Just having an NVIDIA card doesn't mean you can use it - it has to meet certain requirements (i.e. be a CUDA card, have enough RAM, etc.). While PPro CS5 will work with most graphic cards (ATI included), you can't use the "hack" with an ATI card.

Yes, both of those will work with CS5, but you won't get GPU accelerated rendering. That only works with CUDA Enabled NVIDIA cards, and only a few such cards will work without the hack. But Premiere will still run fine.
