Cs5 and dvcpro hd 1080 30p?

I was looking at the project settings in premiere pro cs5 and for dvcpro hd I do not see 1080 30p listed. I only see, 1080i60 1080i50 1080p24.

Nor do I see 720 30p.

How do I edit 1080 30p? Under the 60i option?? Or use it in a 24p setting and then
speed it up unless I want slo motion?

How about if I'm editing 30p AVCHD and 30p DVCPRO HD together?
