CS4 Premiere: HD output on Mac? (other than AIC...)

Ok, so I had the opportunity to look at Premiere briefly, and it seems that I don't have the ability to output from Premiere using an 'HD' codec other than the one that is in Quicktime, AIC. (Since I don't have FCP, I don't have other codecs that may be available from that package...)

All I saw was NTSC/PAL and DVCPRO50, etc. no DVCPRO100/HD.

AIC is not a 'portable' format, since, unless things have changed, it is not available for Windows QT/App users.

One option is to use/install avid DNxHD (free) which could work crossplatform PC/MAC

It's not that "portable" either, because of large filesizes, but it's nearly lossless

Microsoft Avi with Compressor set to None. Fully compatible across platform but it's uncompressed so filesize will be huge.
