CS4 -> mpeg2 DVD -> Nero Vision 7 -> NO SOUND???

I am in the process of burning a DVD of a show for a client. The running time is an hour and twenty minutes.

In the past i have simply chosen the mpeg 2 DVD, exported, imported into nero vision 7, and it burns me a perfect DVD.

I should also add that when i double click on the exported file, it plays all the way through with audio.

Now I'm getting two issues:

1) No audio on DVD
2) on a DVD player, the track ends at 58:27 instead of 1:20:00

I am in dire need of some help and don't know who to ask, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This is clearly a Nero Problem.
Or try a different brand or burn at lower speed.
What's wrong with Encore, make a folder or an iso. Test it on your pc and burn it with Nero.

It's just strange because Nero has never given me this issue before until now. need to find a solution, something must be going wrong.
