Hi all,
I just got CS4 Master Collection and installed it but whenever I import a video it does not show up properly in any application. The video imports but when I try to preview or put it on the time line the video is distorted and unrecognizable. Even video recorded in On Location wouldn't work in Premier Pro. I've also tried to use video exported from CS3 apps without any luck.
The only fishy thing was that a few errors came up during the install.
Could that be the cause? Am I missing a codec?
