Cs4 encore problems

[yellowcake]

I dont know if this is a software problem or a computer problem. I try to import my footage to encore and i am able to import one, but when i try to import the other one it freezes, and i have to restart my computer. EVERY TIME! I have tried switching which ones i import first, but it doesnt matter. it alwasys lets me import the first and freezes on the second. i can import all the menus and music, but only one clip. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
