CS4 and MBL Encode problems

I have problems with Premiere CS4 and Magic Bullet Looks. I cant get the Adobe Media Encoder to encode any clip with MBL applied to it. The effects work fine on the timeline, but simply wont encode, everything just stops. Whenever I try to encode I get a message saying "MBL failed to initialize correctly". I have installed the latest MBL 1.2 ver, even though it says 1.1 !!!!. This is a real pain as I rely a lot on MBL, guess I can always reinstall CS3, no problems there. This media encoder seems such a pain, in CS3 I had the option of using Procoder from the timeline, I dont think Procoder is supported in CS4 at the moment.:(

I'd try downloading the Looks plugin again and re-installing. Make sure you uninstall the old version. The version I have is ver 1.2 - and it says that. I've used it many times and it enocdes fine in Media Encoder.

Quick update. I downloaded from the link, uninstalled MBL and reinstalled the download, it now shows as ver 1.2. Problem is still there. When Media Encoder opens I get an error, stating, "magic bullet looks did not initialize successfully- most likely this is due to insufficient or unsupported graphics hardware on this system". Out of interest I added a NewBlueFX video essentials effect on the first clip in the timeline, the MBL error screen popped up again!!! but the encode went ahead as normal. MBL works and renders fine in Vegas 8, on the same system. Graphics card is an ATI Radeon X1600 512mb. Its got me beat:(
