CS3 (Mac) Issue - Media Encoder Window

[Shooter]

When I open Media Encoder in CS3 Mac the top of the window is stuck behind the top menu bar and I can not access the drop down menus I require nor can I move the window.

I am new to Mac but I should be able to drag the window clear of the area. I can't though!

Anyone able to help/advise please?

I am going to try to reinstall.

This must be a bug - but unless someyone else has experienced it I can not confirm that as fact. I wonder how it would even be possible to deliberately move a window in behind any main menu bar.!!!

I can't even get an answer on he Adobe forums (shambolic as they are currently).

Is anyone here using Premiere CS3 on a Mac?
