Crowd Funding

I've started to raise funding for a feature I'm shooting via crowd-funding. I have been recommended to IndieGogo, KickStarter, and RocketHub.

However, I don't want to put my project out in such detail on the www without legally protecting it first.

What is your advice? Should I just register the script copyright? Or is there another way to protect the entire project, including scenes already shot, trailers, etc.

I'm shooting the film in three different countries. Does that mean I need to get a copyright in each one?

Thank you for all advice!!

You're not going to put your script Online, are you? But I think it's always a good idea to copyright what you can regardless. Some wonderful nutters out there who think they can get away with it. If you put footage onto the crowdfunding sites, perhaps simply put a 40% transparent, company title overlay onto the trailer/scenes/footage?

I'm interested in seeing what other peoples thoughts are on this too.
