Cropping

Ok guys, I know about panning and cropping but is there any way to crop, for example, just the right side. If I crop just the width, it has to crop both sides. I'm just looking for something like "Clip" or "Crop" that's in Premiere and FCP where I can crop top, bottom, left, and right separately. Thanks guys.
 
Go into Event Pan/Crop, disable "size about center" and "lock aspect ratio", then drag the left or right side as desired.


EDIT: oops, just tried it and didn't work. Will try something else.
 
OK, in Pan/Crop, do as I described above, then using Track Motion you can slide the video over as desired.
