Credits Question

[Blue Bomber]

I'm making a short film for an event I'll be going to in October. Two films, actually (two day event, different themes each day), but done roughly the same as far as production. I want to add a movie-like credits opening to both, just stumped on how to add some stuff in, since it's going to be a group effort. I'll be shooting footage, but also accepting footage from people at the event.

Things I need shown:

1. My name, since I'll be putting everything together myself, along wtih composing the music
2. My logo (if not redundant, since it includes my name)
3. The group I'm working with, who will be submitting footage, Northeast US MR2 Owners
4. My friends name, since he'll be giving me some help with drums.

Each credit will be displayed individually, in between short scenes for an opening story. Thanks for any suggestions!
