Need to have a character use a credit card on-screen, either for payment or wallet stuffers?? Why take the chance of someone stealing the number of a real card?
Do you, or someone you know, get fake credit cards in the mail as advertisements for upgrades? American Express is the usual suspect in this sort of thing, but others do it, too.
Why not use use those "cards"?
Of course, you have to avoid the audience seeing "Your Name Here" instead of a real name. And the back is usually blank white. That can be painted or hidden.
