Creating Subtitles in CS5

I recently watched a lecture by Jason Scott (documentary filmmaker) and in short he said something along the lines of :
"If you don't put an option for subtitles in your film, you're a jackass"

So that got me thinking about the work I do. I immediately started searching on ways to create a subtitle track in Premiere CS5. I have not found any information thus far. I did see some video tutorials, but every one wanted money.

So, any ideas?

You wouldn't do it in Premiere, you would do it in Encore. The program allows you to add a subtitle track and it has a title interface similar to Premiere.

Ah, thanks for the heads up. Now I'll get to see how easy it is to subtitle a project in Encore.
