Creating & Importing LUT to bmpcc4k

How do you create a lut and import into the bmpcc4k?

I know how to import it, there are tutorials and such, but all explain how to import an already existing LUT.
I want to create my own LUT so I can import it onto the camera but how do I do that?

I'd keep to simple things like basic corrections (lift, gamma, gain, chroma/saturation, tint, etc.), denoise and stuff like that will probably break the LUT

Okie. Ill try that.
So get some shots and grade them to a similar look Im going for, then generate 3d lut cube. Gotcha.

I haven't done this, but yes that is my take on the above directions. I'm assuming you are shooting something like log and want to view the "corrected" video on a monitor. But in theory you could also use this to bake in a look in many cameras or recorders.

Not to bake in. Just to preview on monitor.
The luts that came with the camera are just plain. Wanted to add some colour as per the grade.
But might have to pass on this for this shoot, maybe for the next one ill try it

Free version of Davinci Resolve is the best way, IMO.
