Creating human organs, err?

For next up coming short, I need a bunch of human organs placed in jars filled with water.
Now, since I don't intend to be killing anybody, im wondering what is a simple way to create realistic organs that are water proof.

I was thinking paper mache, but sitting in the water would cause it turn soggy(sp?).
Any suggestions?

Go to a butcher and buy pig organs.

Go down to the "GORE" section (starts at pg. 140) and you might find what you need (they list brains, intestines, hearts, etc). This pdf is great and has a TON of recipies and such for special fx, so I recommend checking it out regardless.
