Creating flv files on PC for MAC?

This gets worse!
I successfully created FLASH flv. Files for the client on my PC. The report back from the Web Administrator is that they will not play on her MAC computer. My understanding is that it should make no difference, although I have never owned a MAC. The files were on disc, flv format AND Mpeg -4 format, so there was a choice. Any ideas or advice guys?

As long as you used On2 VP6 codec and MP3 audio you should be able to obtain playback on any flash 8+ enabled system.

If you used h.264 you will need to have a flash 9.12+ enabled system to playback, and the SWF player has to be able to parse those h.264 files.

Flash video should not be affected by platform. Make sure that the client on the other end has the Adobe Media Encoder installed to check the files. That's a good cross-platform player from adobe.

Hello friend, and thank you for your assistance. I created the files straight from my NLE, (Videostudio X2 Pro), so can not state what flavour they are regarding codecs. I do know they are FLV4 files. She states that her MAC, will not even acknowledge the disc, let alone its contents.
Best wishes,
