Creating Active Shutter/Alternating Frame 3D in After Effects

Hello everyone,
I recently completed a huge project with my team for a client doing a proposal overseas that involved creating several videos in AE and C4D. The client loves the video, but his proposal date got pushed back and we managed to come in well under budget on the project. Since we suddenly had extra time the client asked, "If you could do anything to these videos that you think would really wow these guys and set us apart from our competitors, what would you do?" I immediately thought of how he told me that when they were visiting the potential clients in the summer during the world cup that the client had a room full of 3D tvs and glasses that they watched the world cup in.
What I'm wondering is how difficult would it be to turn our videos into 3D videos that could be viewed in this room? I'm seen several tutorials on creating 3D in AE, but they seem to be the anaglyph or polarized style as opposed to the alternate frame sequence style used in modern 3D tvs. Am I totally off thinking that these would require different techniques? Any advice on trying to create 3D for the alternate frame/active shutter style? Are there tutorials out there dealing with this?
Thanks,
Mark

I haven't done 3DTV RealD workflow before but I browsed around and found this. It's worth a look.

Now whether you would like to rerender out your animations with 2 cameras or just convert the 2D video to 3D is something else to think about. It appears in this tutorial that this software can also convert your 2D video to simulated 3D but I've never used it before.

It's looks like the software costs around $80. I'm not sure if they have a trial version or not. It looks interesting. http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/creator/suite/overview.html

and the home page is http://mymoments.roxio.com/enu/arti.../getting_started_with_3d_in_creator_2011.html

Hopefully someone with experience will chime in but maybe this will help until then.
