Creating a cyclops? Help!

My class is doing a short spot for a new theater company, promoting their upcoming production of "The Odyssey." Basically, a cab is to pick up a cyclops and drop him off at the theater. They said that they don't mind a little cheese (it's sorta their 'thing'), so I was wondering how you guys might tackle this without CGI. I've used motion track data to warp faces before, but I'm still a little confused as to how I can make this work. I have After Effects CS3, btw.

Thanks.

Sounds relatively simple. All you really need to do is lock off your shots and then do some basic masking in AE. Essentially what you need to do is get a clean plate of the talent's cheeks in the shot, so that you can use that material to mask out a duplicate and paste over where the eyes usually are. Since the skin is the right color and the lighting will be right, the cheek layer should work perfectly. Then you just track this layer with their eyes and mask away any issues. For the eye, you could basically record a close up of the talent looking around like he would in each shot, and then use mask that so that you can essentially paste in on his face in each shot.... feather the mask, track it to the center of the face.... should be relatively easy. Hope that helps
